Please note that from this season (2007)every member will be issued with a Membership Number.

Every member will submit a catch return form to the Secretary before October 31st.Even if no fish have been caught on the Rivers or Lakes.

It is a legal requirement to do so, and anyone not complying the Enviroment Agency will be hot on your heels.

This form is designed for those Anglers who have lost their form. This can be printed directly from this website and submitted to the Secretary
